A merger of four Lincoln companies will consolidate creative talent and technical expertise into one of the Midwest’s largest providers of marketing services and products.
The leaders of Snitily Carr, 42, Cornerstone Print & Marketing and Firespring announced the merger to their respective staffs April 1. The businesses will join together under the Firespring name and will eventually share the facility at 1201 Infinity Ct. in Lincoln.
The leadership teams for all four entities remain intact and will continue to guide the company, including Dave Snitily and Doug Carr of Snitily Carr, Christopher Kingsley of 42, Kevin Thomas of Cornerstone Print & Marketing and Jay Wilkinson of Firespring.
The merger brings together more than 200 designers, communicators and technology innovators in a way that Firespring CEO Jay Wilkinson says will mean better results for the company’s clients.
“This merger brings together proven creative talent, experts in emerging technology and strategic thinkers to help our current and future clients create and deliver messages in ways that connect with the people they need to reach,” said Wilkinson.
Firespring provides beautiful websites and essential tools to thousands of nonprofit and small business clients while Cornerstone Print & Marketing is one of the Midwest’s largest providers of print, mail and marketing services. The two companies share roots in an AlphaGraphics printing franchise Wilkinson opened in 1992.
Snitily Carr is a full-service marketing and advertising agency that has served local, regional and national clients for 23 years. Award-winning digital agency 42 was founded three years ago to provide innovative web solutions, app development and creative content. “This merger originated with informal conversations about cooperation between our businesses. We soon realized that our teams could do some amazing things by joining together under one roof,” said Snitily. “It’s exciting for our companies, our employees and, most of all, our clients.”
All four companies will continue operating under their existing names through May 31, at which time they will move into the Firespring facility and begin operating as a unified brand.
