Oh em gee, it’s finally spring! Phew, we thought we’d never see the sun again. While we waited for grey skies to turn blue, we managed to snag some awesome new hires in Q1. Firespring’s new faces have the sunny dispositions you’d expect in springtime and add all kinds of expertise to their teams.

Kaitlyn Meints joined the team to manage accounts and chew bubblegum—and she’s all out of bubblegum.

 

Q: What’s something interesting about you?

I was actually in a Carrie Underwood music video (only for like four seconds,but still!)

Mikaela Shybut keeps the team on track as an account manager.

 

Q: What do you love about Firespring?

I love the people and culture at Firespring. In the short time I’ve been here, I can truly see how everyone lives our core values everyday. Plus, the slide is an awesome perk.

Lauren Bejot is trending as our new social media strategist.

 

Q: What do you bring to the table?

Cheese frenchees. But also #social media.

Sara Rahaman (no “h”!) is crushing it as an addition to our account management team.

 

Q: What do you love about Firespring?

I love that Firespring is such a friendly place. There is such a good rapport between clients and the company, as well as everyone within the company, regardless of department. I also enjoy that everyone is so supportive of one another’s successes and accomplishments.

Ron Gallagher hit the ground running as a software engineer.

 

Q: What do you bring to the table?

A strong work ethic with a desire to do more every day. I enjoy working hard, but I also enjoy having a good time. You can usually catch me bringing some cards and a few d20s to the table.

Karly Neuberger is busy ironing out a million tiny details as a project manager.

 

Q: What’s something interesting about you?

I worked at a scrapyard during my summers home from college. I learned how to drive the forklift, payloader and a semi with a trailer attached. Scariest moment of my life was driving that semi around the yard—I was sweating bullets.

Madi Gifford is all smiles as our new manager of first impressions.

 

Q: What do you love about Firespring?

I love that Firespring is driven to make a positive impact in the community, as well as among team members. Everyone who works at Firespring has each other’s backs and strives for excellence. I feel lucky to be a part of such a wonderful, dedicated team!

Sarah Blake is bringing it as a digital marketing specialist.

I bring about 10 years of digital marketing experience with a strong passion and drive to get things done.
